NABE is a full hot pot filled with vegetables and meat or seafood in rich dashi or chicken broth.We served a small portion of NABE called KONABE in a mini hotpot over a burner in the centre of the table.It meant to share among people to socialise and enjoy. This well-balanced dish goes well with our house pour sake TAKEZAKE.
